The returned goods damaged during trasportation by poor packing will be in charge of the buyer. Please must doublecheck if your packing is solid enough before delivery.
Please ask RMA form from your sales representative. Please fill the RMA form , then mail it to " astek.gp@msa.hinet.net". We'll issue the RMA number accordingly.
Please be Noted that the RMA number must be shown on the cartons before sending back. Your cooperation would be appreciated.
